Database Architect Required - Multivendor System

We require an experienced database architect to build a DB for a laravel multivendor system, that is designed for mulitple functions such as:
Selling Products
Selling Services
Managing Invoices
We currently have a custom php application for field service and the multivendor system for products. Although these are separate projects, we need a db that can be merged to function for both.
DB must be scalable, as we expect to generate a high volume of transactions in the near future
This must be delivered within 1 week, do not bid if you cannot deliver by December 18, 2019
