I require a website like [login to view URL] ? with the same basic functions

It will have a?

* Traders Directory (Searchable) (each trader has there own profile)

* Stock Board (People can post stock available / Wanted)

* News Sections

the website will be open to the public to view but to post stock available / wanted they will be required to register at £[login to view URL] per month which is paid as an annual fee.

The payment gateway would need to be decided (Coders input required)

I would also need a admin section to manage the users and also stock posts and post news.

Profile

- Change / Update company Details

- Change Logo

- Post Stock Requested ? (They Want to buy)

- Post Stock Available ? ? (They Are Selling)

- Veiw a list of there post's and delete / edit them

Website admin section must be able to manage

-Add New Stock Posts

Manage Users

-Open a account without payment

-Close / Ban Account

-Suspend Account

Manage News

- Post News

- Delete News

Change Advertisment

-Images and Links
