Customize my YUI Editor Plugin - All code provided

I have a plugin for my CMS to load the YUI editor (a wysiwyg text editor). I would like to add 3 functions to this plugin: Flickr Image Plugin, Youtube Video Plugin, and Image Upload functionality.

I have the links to all 3 available sources of code, and the plugin itself is one simple php file. This is a matter of copying and pasting things. I simply don't know where in the file I should be doing this, or how I should be doing this. This entire project will likely take an experienced programmer 10 minutes to complete.

The one issue that I have is that my CMS uses a combination of Inspekt and htmlawed. If you are familiar with these classes and can give me a better option than turning off "safe mode" it would be a nice bonus for me. It is critical that the Youtube functionality works properly with this plugin.
