A website(repost)

i need to set up a competition website. i am very open to design ideas and stuff but the final choice will be mine. i have some idea of what i want and simple designs.

Allow users to log in and register.

A registration page and upon registering get an automated email.

also if they forget there password an email will be sent out to them.

I need checkout via all major transaction outlets. Paypal checkout is essential

a database storing all use information and competitions information.

also i would need the website to allow users to select the answer and submit it. if the answer is right. It will be stored under there account in the database. Each competition will have its own database of names that have correctly entered.

a competition page:

will have a picture and question and answer and user can enter it.

who won the premier league in 2008?

a. liverpool

b. chelsea

c. arsenal

d. manchester united

I need a main page. Contact us page.

all these are basic thing and should not need major work.
