Custom/Personalized T-Shirt Website

I’m looking for a coder to assist us in creating a website for my business. I would like to provide my customers with the ability to design their own t-shirts. I can provide examples from different websites in order to provide a general idea on how I want the layout.

The Front End/ Front Page: This should be simple for the customer, but the graphics should be VERY appealing. The page should allow the customer to see the following information:

Step1: Choose your product (t-shirt, towel, sweater, apron, etc…)

Step 2: Provide us with your image (Vector, .JPEG, .BMP, etc…)

Step 3: We ship/deliver your product to you directly…ENJOY!

The Back End: This should contain links from the front end of the website.

For example, when the customer chooses a product to create and design (tshirt, sweater, etc…) on the website’s main page, this should link to a place where they can see their design. Please the link below as an example. I want something like their “drag and drop designer tool.?? Also, the customer should have the ability to purchase their product on my website (shopping cart needed).
