Add ons to existin php site

My customer wants to add a few features in his existing website. (auto dealership, database, admin area)

1.- ability to choose up to 5 cars from inventory and make them part of the "manager's special" for that week, this info will be in home page, pictures of selected cars will rotate one after another, customer wants to change/add or delete this info at will, currently site displays 2 cars from inventory randomly.

the words Manager's Specials must be flashing or blinking or something to that effect to grab customer's attention

2.- Add a video to page, we provide video.

3.- Synchronize inventory with 3 external providers, customer will be able to press a button and send updated data, no pictures requiered ( Cron job), currently we're doing this with one external provider already, you will need to integrate al other site's we'll provide user and pass for new sites (using ftp)

4.- Add a new button in navigation bar, (service) this page will need to be editable (service page)like any other page, this page will show information about additional services provided by client.

*** MAKE SURE that when adding the new tab in main navigation KEEP the FEEL AND LOOK of the main DESIGN ***

5.- Add extra page for Manager's special, customers will go to this page to see details about the specials of that week, system will be able to "direct" customer to correct information not just to search page.

Administration area it's flexible, the add ons are easy to integrate.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
