Techsmile ended up being a disappointing choice. Although Ali proved successful with the initial test project we presented to him, with this second project he failed to deliver any work, respond to communications timely and even ended up deleting much of the work he had done for us in the first project despite asking him to back up the project/site prior to him commencing this project. He claimed the deleted work was inadvertent but he refused to devote any time to remedying the issue and replacing the work that he admitted to losing. This was a terrible disappointment, set back and the worst freelancer experience I've had. I could never recommend him based on this last unfortunate interaction. It seriously calls into question his professionalism and the ability for him to be relied on with any project of significance. In fairness and by comparison, please note all the other freelancers I've worked with I've given thorough and honest positive testimonials regarding the experiences working with them and have been loyal in rehiring those that have remained available and in the business.

Mohammad was a great choice for the project! He was able to deliver exactly what I requested and demonstrated the patience to troubleshoot coding and refine items until they were to my liking. I would highly recommend him as well as look forward to hiring and working with him again. He is one of the few rare programmers who is trustworthy, honest, skilled, accessible, patient and a collaborator.
