Nishant was quick to recognize the problem & solved the issue within the stipulated time we had agreed upon. Would like to work again with him. [02 April, 2014] Nishant did a great job helping me with moving on with my automation project. Challenge was to solve the issue within an hours time, as the issue was on something which i was missing/goofing up on & i knew any experienced guy would be able to resolve it withing that time & well, he did solve it within that given span of time. Would be definitely hiring him in near future.

Nishant communicates well, and worked well with our team. He was specifically singled out by our coding team as a QA person who reported meaningful bugs in a consistent way. [17 May, 2013] Positives: Nishant is an excellent debugger. His skills are definately top rate. Needs Improvement: There were two issues with our current project: communication and time. Having brought him on board as part of a team, he first misunderstood that we needed him to start immediately, and wasn\'t available for several days. After he started, he\'s put in about half as much time as the rest of the testers. Over the course of this part of the project, there were a total of 257 bugs reported, but only 29 (11.2%) were reported by Nishant. When it came time to pay invoices, he had failed to use the time tracker, so we had to estimate his time. While I tend to believe that freelancers who estimate their time usually do it on the high side, his estimation was less than half of the amount of time the other testers had devoted to the project. The work he did do was quality, so I didn\'t contest his estimation, and he did promise to use the time tracker from now on. [30 June, 2013] Communication needs improvement.
