** Good designers and developers are not the key to a successful project. A project should be started and implemented in an organized manner. Our process begins with an analysis of your business plan, your goals, and most critically, your audience. Their motivations inform every aspect of our work—just as they inform your business decisions.
Documentation is created at each milestone with your input and approval, and the project follows a formal quality assurance protocol as it moves forward.
-- Study: Our development methodology is the process used to take a project from inception to launch and beyond. It is an integrated approach to discovering, designing, building, and optimizing interactive experiences.
-- Design: Once the project scope and plan have been approved, we proceed to Design. phase, clients typically provide input into and approval of several key documents:
-- Optimize: We continue testing to ensure the smooth integration with the server, take care of any necessary technical adjustments, and we evolve the project into the future.
-- Build: Now that all elements are assembled and tested. During the Build phase, we:
· Build the presentation layer—everything that your customer will see, feel, or hear.
· Code and test all applications and integrate them with the presentation layer.
· Code, test, and fine-tune content management applications that you will use to maintain the site.
· Test the system throughout the process to ensure a stable, reliable end product.
The Build phase concludes with delivery of the finished project.
**Areas of Focus** :: // Web development: We use various tools when developing web sites. Mostly the designing is done in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks and the HTML coding in Dreamweaver and Notepad. If the web site requires animation and extreme interactivity, we also offer designing web sites in Flash MX. Our experience in web development goes beyond 5 years. **:: // Database/E-commerce web sites:** Including the designing tools (above), we use state of the art Macromedia UltraDev 4.0 and Microsoft Visual Interdev to add interactivity to the web site with ASP pages, along with Java/VB Scripting. On the Database side, we offer both Access and MS SQL on Windows 2000/NT and PHP/mySQL on Linux platforms. Our experience goes beyond 5 years **:: // Graphic Designing:** Various tools are used when developing web sites, by adding custom designed graphics to add bells and whistles to the web site, the final result is a great web site with fast loading graphics. Below are some of the tools, but not limited to that we use when developing web sites - ASP, MS Access, MS SQL, MTS - PHP, mySQL, CGI/Perl - VB/Java Scripting - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PageMaker - Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash Clients: Avaya, iVox LLC, Maverick Industries, Belis Net City, CST, Oceanside Glasstile **Standard Business Terms** - Payment terms Varies depending on the type of project. Usually, it is 50% advance, 30% progress (when design preview/work is shown on our test server) and balance at the time of delivery. **Turnaround time** - Varies depending on the type of project. However, giving an overview, a typical HTML web site takes about 7 days to complete and an e-commerce web site about 25-30 days.
