Simple Flash Video Clip Comments From Scene with Admin

I need: See the .jpg attached is the layout for the confidential footage page. Would like the page to be name specific to the person that has logged on,(via Admin page that will need to be built) notice the pinkish name spots were we want this to occur. Also, when they have made a comment and want to submit it they can click the send link at the bottom. Those comments should go to email address that I will provide after the bid. Each scene should have there own comment box as well. There would be an XML file that would allow up to 25 clips to be loaded. If a clip is loaded they would play in a nice looking video frame in the middle area (see image) PSD is attached and provided. Will need an Admin area where we can allow a username password, first name, last name, email. The user will have to authenticate with given username and password that admin assigns. No registration will be allowed usernames and passwords are only given via Admin access. Video Player and as much as possible needs to be made with Flash, PHP, and XML, CSS, mysql DB

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Video Player and as much as possible needs to be made with Flash, PHP, and XML, CSS, mysql DB Must work with all browsers
