PSD to XHTML/CSS + little javascript

We need to transform 11 psd file to valid xhtml css template.

It must render exactly the same in each kind of browser.

In these 11 psd, the same kind of layout is used, so its not really 11 different files.

== Page 1 ==

Particularly, page1, page1js1, page1js2, page1js3 that are only 'click state' with some dynamic text (you need to use javascript for that)

== Page 2 ==

Page2 need some javascript programming too:

There is 4 images.

Each image have 2 state, on/off.

"100?'?/jour" and "150?'?/jour" need to work like 'radio' button

Same for the 2 others images.

It need to store state in a hidden form.

Then, the "Cliquez ici pour être ..." need to post this form (use # for action value)

The blank space is for an iframe. Just put an iframe without border and src to #

2 checkboxes need to be pass via a form and submited ith the link 'Acceder ? la signature ..."

Again a nice iframe in the blank space :)

Nothing special

== Page 6bis ==

Its 3 differents iframes (these are the iframe for above page)

We need specific css file for these 3 files (need 3 xhtml file also)

Nothing special

It MUST use DIV and not table designing.

It MUST be coded in XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS2

It MUST be indented &commented

It MUST pass W3C validator without error/warning (XHTML + CSS)

You need to optimize the result (weight of page + quality of images)

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
