Small Project

I have an urgent but very important project that I need you to bid for me. I need you to be VERY cost efficient when bidding this as I am looking for the best price from a company and I need this project completed right away.

I will explain the project below. The requirements are:

I need the project completed within a matter of days.

I need you to host the database and the project as you do with my other websites.

I am looking for a one page password protected website with a faceplate. I have multiple companies that are processing checks and credit cards. I need on the front page a picture of a credit card and a picture of a check with blanks that can be filled in such as the credit card number on the credit card, and the check information on the check.

I need a back office developed that I can set up new companies with general info about them such as company name, address phone number, etc. I need to issue each new company their own user name and password.

When a company logs onto the website, they see an example:

A login section that is on a secure connection!

Once they login in, they see a dropdown box with either credit card or a check. Once they click on either, then the picture of shows up. The company will input the required fields, such as credit card number, customers first and last name, address, and dollar amount they would like to charge the card or check, etc.

I need the companies and me to each have our own back office with reporting where they can look up their transactions for the day, month or year. They can do a query to look up all transactions.

In my back office, I can look up all submit transactions by a single company or all companies. I need a section to term each transaction only in my back office as approved or declined where I can check the transactions off.

I need the reporting to calculate how many transactions and total $ amount submit by the companies in total, approved and declined.

## Platform

I will set up each company profile in my back office. This will generate a user name and password for the companies to login in. Once the company logs in, they will choose credit card or check to input their orders. Lets say they choose credit card. They will enter in all of the information and hit the submit button at the bottom of the screen (please make a nice looking order page with the feilds) After submitting the info, they can either do a report lookup and veiw their input transactions, or they can choose to input another sale (either a credit card order or a check order). Each company that inputs sales can only veiw their own sales, not other companies. I however can veiw all of the companies orders individually or all at once in my reporting. Again, the checks and credit cards are not being billed, but rather just collecting the date so I can submit it to the bank on my own in a batch format.
