Redesign Information Web Site

I want a NEW DESIGN and a NEW LOOK for my web site, statesattorney.org.

The project involves redesigning a new main page and a new internal page for the site, including all menus, the header and footer which will be replicated on every page.

Coder only needs to come up with the design, I will populate site with content.

Coder will need to produce final site in Dreamweaver, so I may edit and maintain and populate with content here; I am not a coder, this is the only program I know, so design must be fully workable in Dreamweaver.

All graphics used must be royalty free and must be included.

I cannot edit Photoshop images or menus, any image used must be workable in Dreamweaver.

**NOTE: BIDDERS MUST INCLUDE SAMPLES OF THEIR WORK WITH THEIR BIDS. CUSTOMIZED TEMPLATEMONSTER SITES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.**

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

a) main page and internal page templates must be workable in Dreamweaver

b) PSD and other image types will not be accepted

c) all included design elements must be royalty free and usable by buyer in perpetuity

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Web site is installed on a Windows web host.
