Everyday I receive an excel file with about 50-75 columns and approximately 2000 rows. I need to update daily an access database so that it's searchable and I can run particular reports/quires. It should be a fairly simple project, I'm just not familiar with Access nor do i have the time to sit down and learn it. I know excel very well. I can get you examples of the excel spreadsheets. Example of the excel file is attatched. I don't have the Access Database created, that's what I need done. I could probably figure it out, but I'd rather have something that I could use right now... These excel files are mailing lists that contain a lot of info regarding the property. I would like to make queries by name and also extract certain information, ie, # of states we've sent to on particular days, city lists sent on a particular day, or by county, etc. There will always be new records added (however, there could be dupes and it would be interesting to see when those dupes occur (cause they're not supposed to)). So, I would just like to keep simple database of our mailing lists that we do pretty much everyday if not every other day. I would upload/import the data everyday (or when i receive the new file). This way, I can keep track of exactly who we are mailing and keep stats on what type of properties, states, zip codes, etc. Also, i would like to be able to query by name, city, address, etc. This doesn't seem too difficult but let me know if you have any other ideas. Simply stated, I want to be able to extract certain data/stats that I can usually obtain from an excel sheet using pivot tables etc.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
