open ldap on Lightsail

Hi, I have an openldap installed on a lamp server on lightsail, with the phpldapadmin working perfectly locally.
The ports are well configurated. The thing is that it is not authenticating externally. Probably is something of the cofiguration, but i do not find it. Any one expert on that that can help me ?
