Huidu SDK setup and configuration

Hi,
I need someone to download the SDK from [login to view URL] and install it on my server. Ideally, I would prefer installing it on a CentOS server. But, if that is not possible, I'm ok with a Windows Server.
Huidu is a Chinese company that makes controller cards for LED sign boards. I want to send commands to the controller (via the above-mentioned SDK) from my CentOS server.
Deliverables:
- working instance of the installation
- detailed installation notes (I will install it myself on a separate server following the installation notes)
