Build an ESRI compatible mobile mapping application

I would like to have an ESRI extension that allows me to select multiple feature classes and associated attributes for export into a tablet based navigation solution preferably using Google Maps. The application should be able to cache the selected features and attributes offline for searching and navigation. In addition, during the export process I want to be able to select symbology that will translate onto google maps. The overall goal is to have an easy to use ESRI extension to pull features from my geodatabase and push them to a google maps app on my tablet or phone.
I would prefer this would be a SaaS option to create these conversion tools via a website that someone could export and upload features and attributes from their enterprise or personal geodatabases and have a web-based conversion then an output file for offline and online loading via Google Maps on tablets or smartphones.
