Import XLS - Export CSV

I would like this to be done in a script, Java or any other desktop program, so that the enduser can open the [url removed, login to view] and get [url removed, login to view] as result.

In the prosess you need to convert 2 dates from format YYYYMMDD to [url removed, login to view]

The import column headher is always the same, and of course the csv result also has to be as the enclosed file.

The import and export does not have the same column heading.

## Deliverables

Her is three files:

[url removed, login to view] -example of an import files

[url removed, login to view] - how the result should look like

[url removed, login to view] - Where the import field (italic) would be placed in the export result (bold)
