We already have a structurally outdated database for our clinicians, pharmacists and patients. We are hoping to find someone who could create a database or modify the existing one where we could achieve records on daily or weekly basis. We have a small records of about 100,000 in a table of about 6 to 8 tables.
No-one within our team have this type of skill set. We would appreciate if the developer can see and study the existing structure for about a week before commencing work.
And would also, based on the recommendation of my superior might need to sign a data privacy agreement or something.
