Make a C# program to fix readable data from .dat files with import and export to excel.

Two .dat files. Both .dat contains only numbers and text, maybe separator as well. All the numbers are messed up/rle/compressed in hex/binary. The original data should be in excel format given from the data at the last few lines. Item should be on its own data. Slk are multiple .slk compressed into one.
