Here is our requirement.
----
Project Environment:
ASP.NET, .NET 4.5, C#, WCF, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Responsive UI, Google Analytics, TSQL (complex user functions & stored procs), SQL Server 2012/2014, Visual Studio 2013/2015, Visual Studio Online (TFS in Cloud - for source control), Wikipedia REST API, Windows Server 2012, JSON, HTML 5, Microsoft Teams (for Project tracking).

Website has 3 user modules (End User, Admin, Business User), 120 sql tables, 3-tier architecture (UAL/BAL/DAL).
Most work is Integration work which requires deep understanding of existing code and writing of "missing code" after analyzing logic threads spread out to many files of many modules and into database functions/stored procs.
Complete within 3 months:
- Remaining 25% of existing asp.net website (having wcf webservices)
Website has complex business processes. It requires a senior asp.net resource with strong sql skills to understand requirement and analyze existing code before writing code to meet the requirements.
We prefer Microsoft certified/partner companies but companies having good experience in ASP.NET are also encouraged to apply.
Should be willing to sign NDA and service agreement. Website has patents protection. This could be a long-term engagement with multiple phases for project.
