C# expert developer to develop Meta trader plugin

we need a very expert and talented C# developer to develope plugin or software for meta trader , we need some one who have a very good knowledge and experience in meta trader

Rules and terms that we have to agree on :

* Milestone will be created once the project is done and release once the full project is done and we are satisfied 100 % and we tested it .
