configure website to load the external resources through HTTPS

I am a Siteground client with a secure HTTPS site that is not displaying an all green padlock in web browser.
- Notice in the browser that the connection to my website is not fully secured because there are some external requests which pass via HTTP and not HTTPS.
-Changed all URLs from HTTP to HTTPS in your database but it seems that there are still some resources which have been accessed via HTTP.
-Installed WordPress HTTPS an all-in-one solution to using SSL on WordPress sites.
