Cell phone APP to leave VIDEO COMMENTS on School Yearbooks

This is to allow students with cell phones to leave a video "autograph" on another student's yearbook.

So, here's how I'd like to see it work.

The school designs the yearbook and provides me with a finished PDF.

I upload the PDF to our server.

Each student has a unique QR code on their student card (I do all that).

On Yearbook Release Day, students use can use our cell phone app to scan another student's unique QR code (or manually types in the code). This takes their phone to a "leave message for ... here" and opens up their video camera. The student leaves a short video greeting for the person.

Now - each student can log into their PDF Yearbook on our server (via phone or desktop computer) and both view the PDF as well as see the VIDEO COMMENTS.

They have the option to download, delete, reply to the videos and read the PDF yearbook.

There will be fees for doing any of this to be available to me at set and adjust though a control panel.

Also, control panel allows me to see and manage all content.

Summary:

1) Required a CELL PHONE APP that

a) reads the QR code,

b) goes to the unique welcome screen for that student, and

c) allows them to leave a short video (30 seconds) or photo

d) also requires them to type in their name

2) Required, a WEBSITE that

a) allows users to access their secure "yearbook" which has a viewer to "read" the PDF yearbook (created and supplied by the school), and

b) allows users to view, delete, share, download, reply to all of the videos, and

c) there is an option for these features to be charged for

3) Required, a CONTROL PANEL that

a) allows me to manage all aspects of the online videos, yearbook PDF and sales.

4) Required, ALL FILES AND INSTRUCTIONS NEEDED FOR ME TO CREATE and SET THIS UP FOR DIFFERENT SCHOOLS.
