Convert my website to a cartoonish mobile friendly website.

I have a website called: [login to view URL]
The coding works great on the website but now I want to change the website layout completely to a more colorful and cartoonish website.
Light blue background and a menu in the middle with colorful buttons. Different colors on every button.
In the menu which should be in the middle. There will be a photo in a cool frame and the photo and the frame changes everyday from Monday - Sunday. It will be called 'Destination of the Day'. Also there will be a pool under the framed photo where people have to guess where the photo is from.
If they guess correctly they will get a popup or get to a new page that says something like 'Congratulations on guessing the correct destination'. Would you like to brag to your friends?
Which gives them an option to submit the message to their Facebook, Twitter, Email and so on. :)
Most of the people who visit the website are users who surf from their smartphones, that's why the website has to be super mobile friendly.
