The project requires me to choose a language of my choice (C++) and build a simulation of the various tasks an operating system completes.
the project must accomplish the following.
1. The concept of managing a single process/task/thread, or unit of work. In addition you should demonstrate the management of multiple of these tasks concurrently.
2. The concept of task scheduling.
3. The concept of memory management.
4. The concept of storage management.
5. The concept of a network interface.
6. The concept of IPC (Inter-process Communication).
7. The notion of Security.
8. The concept of user interaction and I/O through command-line, shell or some other manner.
