Design for Typo3-Page wanted

We need an experienced Designer for 3 Frontend-Layouts for the Typo3 CMS System.

The layouts should be delivered as html with css-file and as Photoshop CS3-File with layers.

The site is for a platform for golf club.

The corporate design for the golf club is already created.

We give you graphical elements, logo, colors.

And our following requirements must be fulfilled:

1. All color, design and text definitions must be controlled by external css-file

2. The layout must be realized with div tags.

3. In the source code the div tag for the main content must be as near

as possible to the closing head tag

4. We need Desings with the Navigation at the top

5. A sub navigation opens when the mouse is over the menu points of the main navigation (pls have a look at [url removed, login to view] - mouse over "produkte")

5. Using of Flash is NOT allowed

6. All heading-text-tags must be defined in the css-file

7. photos if used must be copyright and licence free.

The Layouts have to be used for commercial use.

8. The Navigation has to be as clear text. No images, only colourcodes are allowed.

9. The Layouts must be optimized for newest Internet Explorer and Firefox Versions

10. The Source Code must be w3c validated and error free

11. The css must be error free

12. The header must contain the logo (logo has to be place on the left or right side)

13. for the header we will give you some pics which should be used in combined

14. Colors which should be used:

green: C 69 · M 29 · Y 100 · K 10

yellow: C 0 · M 20 · Y 100 · K 0

red: C 0 · M 100 · Y 100 · K 0
