Car Trade Cutomer CRM /Oraganiser

I Need to build a CRM software for a small Car sales/servicing company, the goal of the software is to

1. a SQL database to hold client and sales data. eg, sale date, client address, birthday, service due date and so on. and a web server to host the app so it can be accessed locally or over the internet

2. multiple user account access, ed, manager login, sales log in, service personnel log in, each type of log in should have its own schedules and reminders for follow ups.

3. as users log in, their upcoming task is shown on the main page. eg to contact a client for insurance renewal, or to book a service date for the client.

4. to be able to search clients or sales info easily.

5. running on IIS and SQL.

6. the database must be compatible with images, as I need to scan 8 sheet of forms as records/backups

7. custom build and print reports.

8. interface need to be dual language. (foreign language text provided)
