Clone site, give it a new front end

Hello,

I have a comparison shopping site that contains a [url removed, login to view] shopping feed and some Yahoo sponsored results.

I need to clone it to another domain and then give it a new skin from this template.

The site to be cloned was built in PHP and sits on a linux box.

I'll give you FTP access to the site to get the code.

For Yahoo to approve the site, I may need you to temporarily remove the feeds and put place holders in there instead. Then once it is approved by Yahoo you can bout the feeds back. However, I'd like to see the site fully working with the feeds before you then remove them to put on the temporary place holders.

If you are interested i'll show you the site to be cloned.
