**I need you to make an html website which looks and functions like my current flash website**
**
Some of the animated effects/transitions etc may not be necessary** (will further discuss with favored bidders) , but if you can pull them off within a good price range, that would be create. Some elements of the html pages you create can have embedded flash elements if necessary, such as the buttons which glow upon mouse--hover.
**You must also add Google Analytics code the pages and all pages/images must load fast!**
**The purpose of this project is threefold:** to make my website more universally accesible, to make it load much faster, and to be able to add/track web analytics, all while making it look and function like it currently does
