Android/Iphone App

We are a Real Estate company that would like to be able to offer an app for Android and Iphone platforms that will give user ability to get information about a home for sale when they are in the close vicinity of the house. ? Essentially, we are thinking that if a potential buyer is driving around looking at homes, the app would detect their position and give them information about the home they are near. ? The home information would come from the MLS (multiple listing service or [login to view URL]) ? ?
