Chat Applet

I am in need of a chat applet with several capabilities. It will basically connect to a MS Exchange IRC server but the interface is what I need help with. User will need to have the ability to click on *x* user and the users bio line and chat info will show up below the main chat part. It will also need the capability of rotating banner ads. I have written asp pages to do that as well as show the bio information (if they could be integrated with the applet.) My entire site is is driven by a ms sql 2000 database. This applet will need to integrate seemlessly in with the rest of the site. I can pass any variables needed to the applet. I would also like 2 versions if possible, (but not important) - I would like to have a "chat admin" version to have basic IRCop commands via buttons. Color customization isn't a factor... basic white with black text but users should have a color picker next to the command line so they can format their text. I'd also like to see emots as well. **Basically an applet similar to JPilot's irc applet only with the nicklist/bioline capability.**
