Take a 1 page Powerpoint design and convert it to 1 page HTML. If you don't know Chinese, make up some English as a placeholder. If you have any sample work using CSS, I would like to see it. I have 9 more pages that need to be converted, so this page is a trial with more work to follow if I like the job you do. Specifications: 1. HTML formatting must be done primarily with a CSS style sheet, no tables should be used. 2. Must render properly in IE5.5+, and Firefox 1.07+ 3. Prefer no use of JavaScript. If JavaScript must be used, the page must still work if the end-user's JavaScript is turned off. 4. Screen resoultion is optimized for 1024x768, but should work at lower resolutions. 5. All of the graphics you need can be copied from the PowerPoint slide. 6. All Chinese characters can be replaced with English words as placeholders. 7. The top horizontal menu bar should exist as a placeholder using English(i.e. menu1 menu2 menu3 menu4 menu5 menu6 menu7 menu8 menu9 menu10). All links should just go back to the current page (i.e. href="#"). 8. The bottom menu horizontal menu bar should exist as a placeholder using English with same rules as top horizontal menu bar. 9. The block of Chinese text in the center of the page is a graphic, however, on the finished HTML page it should be a block of English text, formatted using CSS. 10. The upper right side contains a graphic with two text boxes and a login button. On the finished HTML page, this should be an actual login button with a userid and password text box, not a graphic.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
