ASP website migration to Plesk7+Win2000 pro

A website needs to be migrated from a virtual server to a dedicated server. All the files have already been moved to the new server, and virtual server has been set up. A new database has been set up via the Plesk interface. Non Database pages work OK. All that is needed is the database needs to imported into the Database (free version of MSQL) and any simple tweaks, in the config files for the ASP, to get the site working. The website was previously on a shared server running ASP, IIs, win2000, and MSQL server. The new dedicated server, is win2000 pro, and Plesk 7 for windows. This is a very simple project for someone familiar with setting up ASP sites, the Plesk interface is well documented also. If you know how to import a project into a new mysql database, and tweak files accordingly. Can be done in 30 by someone experienced, in setting up databases in ASP.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
