Affiliate program software ammend current PHP script

I have a free affiliate program script which I would like to be replicated and have no restrictions (current script needs a licence to have more than 50 affiliates) and wanted to update the script so that I can use a copy for all of my websites. I want it to be able to have the same affiliate and merchant features as the script, however I would like the look and feel to be updated (I will provide instructions, text and images etc) This wont be a difficult job for someone who has programming knowledge. I would like the script to change in the way that no licence would be required for unlimited copies that I would like to use.
