We are a start-up company specialising in assisting local English UK people with selling their homes quickly with reduced paperwork processes for good cash prices. We also provide a portfolio of properties to investors and potential home buyers.
Therefore we require a web presence which provides information about our company, the services we offer, contact information as well as access to forms which we then use for providing quotes to the home sellers and any potential buyers/investors.
Looking for a 4 page Wordpress themed website, with call to action functionality and basic initial SEO submission:
Will provide:
Template theme for site, inc. mobile theme as part of original template
Artistic design guidance, inc. storyboard and preferential colour pallet
Pre drafted artwork for primary logo
Written content for the pages
Linux Web Hosting PHP and MySQL std Server access credentials
Site Keywords (based on what you request or need)
As required knowledge and background to assist with creating a professional but friendly accessible site suitable for local English towns people. Usually able to respond to emails or telephone calls (English) within 2-4 hours.
It is aimed for site to be published live by the end of August 2016, therefore please do not reply if you currently do not have the time or bandwidth to complete by this deadline.
Can provide an operational example site, on request, which will be a good starting point for what we would like to achieve. Please contact for further details if you’re interested in providing these services
To clarify further that the the primary logo will need some modification to be fit use on the website and other marketing platforms. My expectation is that the logo would be part of the build being a start up company.
