Create new Dashboard and Website for existing Hosting Platform

We're looking for an experienced Designer to create a new Dashboard and Website for an existing Hosting Platform.
If you're familiar with platforms like DigitalOcean, CloudFlare, Vultr etc. you can already feel what we're looking for.
We're looking only for custom designs. If you think you could do a similar design style like the companies mentioned above, bid on this project. We're also interested in a long-term relationship that will extend to more similar projects.
Mobile Design experience is a big advantage.
HTML/CSS, Slicing etc. is not a must. Our development team can do this task. A Clean mockup with what they can work with will be enough.
If you're from india, pakistan or any other country outside of Europe, USA, Australia...please don't bother to bid on this project. Nothing racist going on, just lots of negative experience in the past. Sorry tho.
