We are looking for new ideas in process bowl designing for chemical spin coating applications.
Areas of interest in designing a bowl will be:
* easy manufacture and/or
* easy to clean/replace and/or
* will keep vibration of the substrate under process very low and/or
* have advanced fume and air turbulence handling
Spin-coat parameters:
substrate : wafer 8",
max rotation speed : 4000rpm
Bowl surfaces Material : Teflon
