C++ MFC skype click blocking application

We need a client and server application to block clicks in skype and allow in some places only. this will be an over lay external application made in C++. MFC.
This will freeze client's PC when he click on a wrong place in skype, this will also include message filtering option on each client's PC.
We already have an application like this made in C++, MFC. that is out dated and 2 years old app. but we still can show that to you so you can see how it works.
