Loan Application developed is a typical workflow application involving serial routing. This is a role-based application. The user in role Front Desk creates the Loan request. On submission the Loan request is routed to the user in the role Scrutiny. Upon the decision taken by the Scrutiny Officer appropriate notification is sent to the final authority Approver or the request is routed back to the initiator. The same goes true with the final authority Approver. There is a separate configuration facility available to the person in the role Admin as defined in the ACL of the notes database. This application is a low cost automation and useful for any firm having a simple serial routing workflow.
Responsible for Workflow design, coding and testing.

The application logs all the information related to a particular lead or a prospective client such as company details, contact details and all the mails or communication made against it. This is a role-based application using Windows NT security. There is much administrative functionality provided such as adding new user, assigning responsibilities etc. The data being consolidated at one place and being sharable the client-follow up, reporting, communication internal or external, coordination and projection become very easy. Also there is a daily reporting facility provided. The user depending upon the role can review the activities too. It allocates marketing team initially and then management can track the lead on day-to-day basis.
