I am a Pakistani qualified, trained constitutional & tax lawyer. I am an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan and Head of Chambers at MURTAZA LAW CHAMBERS. I regularly advise and represent clients on taxation, regulatory, commercial and constitutional matters in High Courts of Pakistan. I predominantly practice as an Advocate at the High Court of Sindh. I handle a large part of the firm’s general commercial, judicial review and constitutional law, taxation, and other regulatory disputes practice, with a particular focus on and expertise in taxation from a judicial review and constitutional law perspective, as well as from a pure tax law perspective. I have appeared successfully in hundreds of important cases, including landmark judgments involving client Sindh Revenue Board.
