Industrial Design - Build 3D model from 2D drawings and deliver file for 3D print

I need a prototype of a plastic housing made. Comprehensive 2D drawings with dimensions have been developed to provide specifications for the model. I require a 3D model of the object to be produced for inspection. The 3D model must be in a file type suitable for use in regular 3D printers.
This is a small job but slightly complex and it requires skills related to industrial design and engineering as well as 3D modelling. This job is unlikely to suit someone focused mainly on architectural work and rendering etc.
