COM Wrapper for .NET Class - to be used in VB6

We need a VB.NET Class Library to work inside our VB6 application.
After a lot of research have found the following pages describe what we need:

The reason we are wanting it done this way is the VB6 Application is huge and do not want to migrate it to .NET yet, however we need .NET Functions like httpwebrequest and OAuth to be able to be used in the client application hense the need for a wrapper
