We would like to develop a CDR Viewer application which will have following functionalities but different in design as you can see in example software:

What we want from example software
-We only want viewer not any conversion is required
-Must have option to Zomm In/ Zoom out /Reset
-Must have option to Flip / Rotate
Final deliverable must include
-Setup installer
- Sourcecode (which I can also compile easily)
-A nicely designed + user friendly GUI CDR Viewer
