The University of Michigan has developed a framework for running Multidisciplinary Optimization for aerospace design.

The MACH framework, linked below, has a plethora of useful tools.

I am looking for a developer to fix the attached Dockerfile to properly install the MACH framework. The installation process is described in the link below. Note: Their documentation is slightly out of date and some of their internal repos don't exist anymore.

The deliverable is the Dockerfile using Ubuntu 18:04 as the base with python 3 installed.
