I am looking for a developer who can create me the following query using hooks to insert data into a new table in mysql.
Due to schema of the tables which formidablepro stores its data, i am finding it difficult to pull a query to get the desired result.
So either i need someone to build me a query or use the available hooks to insert the data submitted by the forms into a new table with all of its fields in a column structure. (possibly a pivot but not sure how that would work)
I can use the following example to do this but i need all hooks as follows to insert, update and duplicate if needed.

I need it to check to ensure the table has been created also before insert/update/duplicate
