Redirect Country IP Addresses to Custom Landing Pages

I am looking for a simple way that I can redirect visitors outside of the United States to a different landing page on my website.
Here are the requirements:
1. Must work on my self hosted Wordpress websites and with pages built using OptimizePress
2. Must be easy to install on specific landing pages where offers are for USA only (I am not technical, but I can FTP and add code to pages)
3. Must automatically update any database requirements so that there is NO manual maintenance and I can "set it and forget it."
4. Must be able to have different URL destinations for each web page that I want redirected.
5. I am looking for the simplest solution that will ALWAYS work and that I can add to the specific pages that I need redirected.
