Need to fix an issue on a server that is preventing a mobile app to load its contents

The mobile app is iLearn Papiamento: [login to view URL]
Right now the screen hangs on Loading...
This issue started to happen when the domain [login to view URL] expired and there was a delay for a few days renewing it
after the domain was renewed this issue started and the app does not load the contents anymore from server. The backend is created in PHP and the iOS app in Swift, before the domain expired the app was working perfect. the issue has to be on the server side
I need this issue fixed urgently
I will need someone who is also a developer in PHP in case some code need to be fixed.
