Need Customized WooCommerce Extension/Addon for Wordpress

In need of custom WooCommerce development for Wordpress site. The WooCommerce site is set up but we need a custom plugin to handle our use case. Using WooCommerce, we would like customers to be able to purchase streaming videos, like Pay-Per-View or training videos.
The easiest way we have found to do this is to create two products, one for the purchase of the actual video and another containing the video content but the user would only be able to access the second product after purchasing the first linked product. We have found and are using an open source plugin ([login to view URL]) that does the product linking; however it does not restrict the user from viewing the second product with the actual video, only restricts the user from adding to cart.
We are open to other ideas or approaches that you may have to selling the video content, but one of the things we want is to make sure the videos are streamed on the site and the user doesn't need to download the video.
Deliverables:
- WooCommerce Add-on and Wordpress Plugin to handle delivering video content after the user has purchased the product
- Allow the user to view Purchased Content/Videos from the "My Account" page after they have authenticated successfully
- Restrict users from seeing the videos unless the video has been purchased
- Allow videos to be embedded from streaming services like Youtube and Vimeo
