Need assistance creating a Price guide/forum website for a game I play.

I am trying to find someone with knowledge in creating Websites. There is a game called Yoworld, who desperately needs a up to date price guide and I wanted to jump on it asap. I want a site that is somewhat unique like [login to view URL] and Yorehab.com. I also want a Forum attached to it. Eventually I want to attach a plugin where people can login and have there own custom avatar. I don't have the biggest investment for this web site. Looking for someone affordable, willing to work with me in the future incase updates are needed, someone one somewhat good at Digital art for page I'll provide some of the basic photos. Message Me
